The hotel is extremely close to the station, it is quite literally right around the corner which for me was a huge plus. It's easy to reach the centre, but in my case i was mostly here for a concert, it was comfortable to be in the room for longer periods of time eventhough its not huge. There are a bunch of supermarkets nearby so even if you dont feel like ordering in or eating out there is a bunch of options for food. There is no room service if not hanging the little door hanger out, however you'll get new towels regardless, even if you aren't able to open the door when you're not in your room. The staff is extremely kind even regarding things they really are not obligated to do.

We were looking for something simple, clean and quiet; just somewhere to crash for the night. This was ideal. Yes, the room is basic but as far as cleanliness and quiet this far exceeded our expectations. Very convenient to train station, old centre and lots of amazing restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was colourful which surprised me and i loved it because most hotels are grey and brown and sad. It wasnt too crazy for it to be a room and it felt safe around the block. Perfect location.

The room was clean and the localization was really convenient - just next to main train station. Walking distance to Old Town. Staff was really nice at the arrival.

Daughter lived the bunk bed and it was so close to the train station. Perfectly placed for us.

Thé lady at the reception on our arrival . She's the Star of that hotel.We travel a lot . She order a Taxi for me ,I feel safe with the driver .She answer to all my expectation.Shés Just a Five Star Receptioniste!!! Her Collegue in the Morning as well !! The area is ok .Not so far to sport Palais 😊.Restaurant around and safe area!!

Breakfast: We enjoyed the breakfast and the facilities in the breakfast room. The variety was sufficient, and I think it was good value for money.

Value for money. For a budget hotel this has everything you need. Located 2 min walk from the back entrance of Antwerp train station. Beds and bathroom do their job. Ample floor space and table for bags, chargers etc.

I like the price and the location! The front desk girl from chile was really kind and helpfull. I like the fact that the toilet/shower/sink were not in the bathroom so was easier to get ready

The staff working in reception were extremely helpful to organise maps of the city for me so I could get around on the trams and museum's.Also the cleaning staff for the rooms gave me fresh towels every day. Good hotel experience.
